Current Tenants

Move In

  • Utility account number and account holder name (may include electricity, propane, trash, water and sewer, internet and cable)

  • Renter insurance

  • Key/Garage opener request

  • Lawn mover contact info (if applicable)

  • Key handover with ID schedule (three potential time slots for in person meet) and onboarding walk through (signature needed)

  • Kick off videos (locations of water main, electric circuit board)

Maintenance

Lease Renew

  • Application form is required every two years for renew

  • Need photo ID, latest three pay stubs/ latest W-2, W-9 Form (for escrow account of your deposite), renter insurance (cover your entire stay of your renew lease), and signed application form

  • Renew application (password protected)

Move Out

  • Respond to landlord “renew or move out” email before the lease ends

  • Leave your forwarding address to receive your deposit refund (after repair and cleaning) check after your move out

  • Key turn over scheduling

  • Restore the property as it was at the begining of the lease

  • Waiting for your deposit check in a certified mail
